Siti Nurhaliza ‘changed her profession’ to become a weather forecaster

KUALA LUMPUR : The country’s number one singer, Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza showcased her talent as a ‘news presenter’ when she appeared to deliver today’s weather forecast.
The report was broadcast through the Berita Wilayah and Berita Perdana slots broadcast by Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) at 5pm and 8pm respectively.
The appearance of the famous singer at once gave excitement to the fans of the Purnama Merindu singer.
“Alhamdulillah, thank you to the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) for inviting me to collaborate by delivering the forecast and weather conditions on Wednesday, 21 December 2022.
“This collaboration is expected to encourage people to follow the weather conditions, and act according to the advice related to the risk of disasters such as floods, strong winds and rough seas.
“Watch me deliver weather information on RTM1 for television news broadcasts at five in the afternoon and eight in the evening,” he shared on Instagram.
At the same time, MetMalaysia is pleased for her willingness to collaborate in the delivery of current information on the country’s weather.
Siti Nurhaliza’s presence today was also celebrated by MetMalaysia Director General Muhammad Helmi Abdullah and members of the Malaysian Meteorological Department.
