The body of Thai actor Tangmo Nida who fell into the river was found after 38 hours

AFTER two days, the body of beautiful Thai actress Tangmo Nida, 38, was finally found by a local rescue team on Saturday.
Nida’s body was found floating in a river about 300 meters from Pibulsongkram Pier, Nonthaburi, Bangkok, about 1 kilometer from the location of the fall.
Nida’s brother, Dayos Detjob, 44, was the first individual to locate the victim’s body based on the clothes worn by his brother before informing the rescue team that arrived at the scene.

“I came to take him home,” he said, citing a Bangkok Post report.
The actress who once starred in the film The Flying Leaf is believed to have fallen into the river at 11pm last Thursday while boarding a boat on the Chao Phraya River with six friends from Krung Thon Bridge to Rama VII Bridge.

According to local media reports, Tangmo sat in the backmost part before slipping and falling into the river. Unfortunately Tangmo was not wearing a safety jacket.
The body was taken to Police General Hospital for autopsy.
