Feeling unfair to the family, Aamir Khan announced his leave after 35 years of work
Bollywood star, Aamir Khan recently attended an event organized by one of his best friends, in Delhi, India.
In the event he attended, Aamir shared about his career and future plans.
One of them, the celebrity said he would take a sabbatical from the art world.
“When I was working as a film actor, I missed a lot of things in my life.
“Supposedly I will be involved in a work after the Laal Singh Chaddha film is finished.
“The title is Champions. The script is very interesting and it is a good script. But I decided to rest.
“I want to spend time with my mother, family and children,” said Aamir Khan as reported by Hindustan Times.
However, Aamir said that his company, Aamir Khan Productions, will collaborate with Sony Pictures International Productions, India, and 200NotOut Productions as the publisher of the film Champions.
Continuing to talk about his planned ‘vacation’, Aamir admitted that it will be his first break after 35 years of non-stop work.
“I think I have worked non-stop for 35 years and only focused on work all this time.
“I think this attitude is unfair for my closest people. So this time I want to spend time with them and go through different life experiences.
“I can’t wait for the year, especially when I remind myself that I won’t be working as an artist for half a year,” he added.
Meanwhile, for this year, the 57-year-old star’s face will be seen as a cameo through Kajol’s film Salaam Venky which is scheduled to be released next month
