DUBAI: The world’s tallest hotel in Dubai will open in the first quarter of 2024.
With a height of 365 meters, Hotel Ciel will be completed early next year, according to property developer, First Group.
Designed with architectural partner, NORR, the 82-story Ciel has 1,042 guest rooms, including 150 suites.
The hotel will house a deck with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf on the 81st floor, as well as a rooftop infinity pool and bar on the 76th floor.
It also has a 300 meter high interior atrium offering a landscaped terrace and vertically arranged natural ventilation that will provide the occupants with a communal and interactive space.
“We are thrilled to bring Ciel to the Dubai skyline, a project that will redefine the ultimate in luxury and hospitality,” said First Group CEO Rob Burns.
“Despite facing challenges during the pandemic, we made great progress and are on a solid track to officially open this hotel in 2024.
“Ciel will offer guests an unparalleled experience with unique design, luxurious amenities and stunning views. Ciel is not just a building, but a symbol of Dubai’s ambition, innovation, creativity and excellence,” added Burns.
Another Dubai hotel, Gevora Hotel, currently holds the record for the tallest hotel in the world, at a height of 355 meters.
