Returning after four years, the Blue group wowed 2,000 spectators

KUALA LUMPUR: Returning to Kuala Lumpur after four years, the performance of the British-born pop group, Blue managed to amaze over 2,000 spectators at the Heart & Soul Tour’s 20th anniversary concert at the KLCC Plenary Hall, last night.

Beginning the performance with the hit song Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word, Blue’s appearance at exactly 8.45 pm was greeted by screams from the audience present.

In the first interaction with the fans who were present last night, Simon Webbe, Lee Ryan, Duncan James and Antony Costa expressed their excitement at being able to return to perform in Malaysia.

They also expressed their appreciation to the fans who never tire of supporting for the past 20 years.

“After Singapore, we are here. You (the audience) who came tonight were really great,” said Simon.

In the meantime, singer Dafi Ismail Sabri who was met at last night’s concert expressed his excitement at being able to return to watch the performance of the Blue group for the second time.

“I attended their concert the last time they came here in 2019. I really had a good time . That’s why I came again this time.

“Even though their last performance was at Dewan Wawasan Convention & Exhibition Centre, Menara PGRM Cheras before the pandemic, at that time Lee was not very well but the performance was still tip top ,” he said.

Blue’s performance was also graced with a series of hit songs including You Make Me Wanna, Guilty, Breathe Easy, Fly By and many more.

They ended the show with a hit song that received an incredible response, All Rise followed by One Love.
