Wany Hasrita is officially married with Mohd Al-Adib
Popular SINGER Wany Hasrita, 30, is legally the wife of Mohd Al-Adib Fahmi Harun, 30, with two pronunciations.
The couple were married by the bride’s father Hasbullah Hassan, 56, witnessed by the Assistant Registrar of Marriages Qariah Al Mukarramah Mosque, Petaling District, Mat Syaharuddin Al Rasyid Mat Isa, at Damansara Perdana, at 9.11pm, today.
At the ceremony, Wany or her real name Nurshazwany Hasrita Hasbullah received a dowry in the form of a diamond ring, while the amount of money sent was kept secret and there was no delivery tray from both parties.
Wany, who was popular through the song Terlalu Memuja, expressed her gratitude when her Happy Day Ceremony went smoothly.
“Alhamdulillah, I am grateful that this wedding went smoothly and was made easy by Allah SWT.
“Thank you to my mother, father, family, friends, media and fans who tirelessly prayed for me both professionally and personally.
“God willing, this is a new phase for me and my husband. We still have a long way to go.
“The responsibility of being a wife and at the same time being a child artist I will try to give my best. Only, after this, of course, my family will be my priority.
“I pray that everything will be made easier. Most importantly, I request everyone to pray for the best for me and my husband in navigating this marriage ark,” she said.
Sharing about the man who managed to capture her heart who also works in the aviation industry in Kuching, Sarawak, Wany said that their relationship began to be close since 2019.
“If you follow me, I have known Adib since 2010. At that time I got to know him through my good friend who is also his cousin. Just know it like that.
“At that time I was not a singer yet. It’s just that in 2019 we started to have a meeting,” she said.
Earlier, Wany and Adib chose to get engaged on February 26 before ending their relationship on the podium today.
