KiKaKo Kids, the official mascot of Putrajaya Wetland Studios Theme Park, opened this May 1st

OFFICIALLY, the mascot named KiKaKo Kids was introduced to the public today as a tourist attraction for Wetland Studios Putrajaya located inside the Putrajaya Wetland Park.

The President of Putrajaya Corporation, Datuk Fadlun Mak Ujud during the launch ceremony said that he was very excited about the approach used by KRU Group as a co-owner to promote the theme park.

“We are very excited about the approach made by the KRU. They are not only good at making strategic plans, but also the ability to form collaborations with various large organizations.

“It includes the involvement of the recording company Universal Music, to promote our nursery and recreation park in a more comprehensive context,” he commented.

Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KRU Group, Datuk Norman Abdul Halim explained that the park with an educational and fun concept will be presented with a variety of information and knowledge about life on earth.

“KiKaKo Kids actually consists of three characters namely Kiki, Kaka and Koko who are water droplets living in the clouds.

“The purpose of these three mascots is to create a broad perspective as seen by the raindrops high in the blue sky,” said Norman explaining the role of KaKiKo Kids.

He added, visitors will have a unique and different experience compared to existing theme parks.

“They will be brought into the hybrid realm virtually and physically, but at the same time can learn more about the history of the earth and the creatures that live on its surface.

“Especially, this theme park with the concept of fun and education will foster awareness of the important role of water in the ecosystem of various living things such as mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish, birds, trees, flowers and others.

Attractions at Wetland Studios Putrajaya include physical assets such as animatronic animal replicas as well as nature-themed decorations.

More sophisticated, like where the audience sees KRU’s works, the closed theme park also utilizes technological advancements such as holograms, augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR) and virtual reality (VR) as well as KiKaKo Kids digital animated content as an attraction. .

In conjunction with Putrajaya Open Day 2023, Wetland Studios Putrajaya is offering a 20 percent discount for visitors who register early and can be redeemed from 1 to 31 May 2023.
