adminPopular Bollywood star Aamir Khan has announced that he will marry his girlfriend Gauri Spratt in a private ceremony that will take place this weekend.
Aamir made the announcement to local media.
“Yes, I am getting married on July 5. The ceremony will be held in a simple manner at home. July 5 is the most meaningful day for us,” said Aamir as reported by ANI.
Aamir, 61, also asked fans to approve his marriage to Spratt, 47.
“Please bless our marriage and pray for us to live happily together. This will be a very simple ceremony for family and close friends,” he added.
According to the same report, it is estimated that the ceremony, which will take place at the Lagaan star’s residence in Bandra, Mumbai, will be attended by around 150 guests.
The couple’s children from previous marriages are also reportedly in attendance. This includes Aamir’s son from his first marriage to Reena Dutta, Ira Khan, and his son from his second marriage to Koran Rao, Azad Rao Khan.
The marriage to the woman from Bengaluru will be Aamir’s third marriage.
Aamir first married Duttan in 1986 before divorcing in 2002. The star then married a second time in 2005 before announcing their divorce in 2021.
Aamir later confirmed his relationship with Spratt in 2025 while celebrating his 60th birthday.
In an interview, Aamir described himself as lucky to have met Spratt, who he described as bringing peace to his life.
“I finally feel like I’m living a perfect life,” he added.
