Diana Danielle gets temporary custody of two children
SHAH ALAM: The Syariah High Court here last Friday issued a temporary custody order for the actor’s two children, Farid Kamil, aged 10 and eight, to his wife, Diana Danielle.
Syariah lawyer, Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader, who represents Diana Danielle or full name Diana Danielle Danny Beeson, 32, said the decision was made after the “Imaginur” actress applied for hadanah on March 23.
“At today’s mention of the case, we have submitted the order given by the Shah Alam High Court regarding the matter.
“Even though Diana Danielle gets temporary custody, there is no obstacle for Farid to see his children,” he said.
Meanwhile, Farid or his full name is Farid Kamil Zahari, 42, said that he could not see his two children for almost 23 days.
The “Lagenda Budak Setan” actor said that the rift in his family was caused by a ‘third party’ but refused to disclose the issue in more detail.
“You can ask Diana, because you follow me, you want to assert your rights as a husband because the family has been disturbed, it feels very unfair to be treated like this.
“I persuaded her in court, tried my best for an unreasonable offence, but I was informed that there was a third party who supported her from behind,” he said.
He who is also an actor in the movie “Anwar, The Untold Story” said that cheating was successfully detected last year, but after he demanded an answer, Diana Danielle filed for divorce.
Meanwhile, Diana Danielle said, the accusations thrown by her husband regarding the third person issue, are slander.
“Imagine the ring he wanted to give earlier, he has lost it for eight years, but only today he wants to give it back.
“If I’m cheating, why bring flowers and give me the ring,” asked Diana Danielle.
Commenting on the matter, Akberdin said that Farid’s allegations were mere excuses.
“The matter was never raised, after this file, all these things came out, let the court make the decision,” he said.
The Imaginur movie actress filed for divorce on the grounds of lack of understanding and the occurrence of shiqaq or prolonged arguments.
However, Farid refused to pronounce the divorce.
It is understood that the couple no longer live together.
The couple got married on November 3, 2012 and were blessed with two children, Muhammad, 10, and Aurora, 8.
