
Zalina’s disappearance: Police have yet to find new leads – Arjunaidi
SEMENYIH : Police have yet to find any new leads regarding the disappearance of TV3 personality, Zalina Azman, 58, who has been missing since November last year.
Selangor Police Chief, Datuk Arjunaidi Mohamed informed the matter when asked about the status of Zalina’s disappearance on Monday.
“There are no new leads yet,” he answered simply while attending a press conference regarding the diesel smuggling syndicate in Semenyih.
The story of Zalina, or full name Zalina Shaharah Azman, began to gain public attention when the news of her disappearance began to be published in the media from July 18.
The former newsreader of a private TV company was first reported missing when her son, Mikhael Norman, 33, tried to contact her since November 24, 2021, however the call failed to be answered.
Meanwhile, the police received a report regarding her disappearance on November 29 following her failure to contact his mother.
The Shah Alam District Police Headquarters published Zalina’s photo and related information that she is sweet-skinned, small and thin with a height of 158 centimeters.
Previously, the Shah Alam District Police Headquarters also posted about the Zalina case to seek public assistance in addition to sharing any information.
