‘We found the him is no longer alive’ – Jit Murad’s good friend

FIZAR Harun, a close friend of Jit Murad confirmed finding the body of the writer, theater and film actor in a lifeless state, yesterday (Saturday).

According to Fizar, he and several people tried to contact Jit through calls and the WhatsApp application, but there was no answer, causing them to rush to the deceased’s residence in a condominium in Bukit Damansara.

“After the attempt to contact Jit failed, I and a few other friends rushed to his house at about 2.15pm to check the real situation.

“But when we arrived at Jit’s house, we found he was already lifeless,” Fizar said.

As of yesterday, the exact cause of Jit’s death has yet to be identified.

Funeral arrangements were also handed over to the family of the deceased.
The late Jit breathed his last at the age of 62.

Earlier, the news of the deceased’s passing was also spread on Twitter and shared via Instagram by several artist friends including Datin Seri Tiara Jacquelina Eu Abdullah, Susan Lancester and Que Haidar.

Jit is the son of the former Director General of Education Malaysia, the late Tan Sri Murad Mohamed Noor.
