The experience possessed by the legendary singer from Indonesia who was given the responsibility as the permanent jury of Gegar Vaganza 8 (GV8), has shown a different side to the singing program.
No matter what, the style and manner of the singer who is popular with the song Berdiri Bulu Romaku gave comments to the participants, often captivating the audience and netizens.
The use of words such as “crack”, “shot is right”, and simple actions of Hetty, 64, in the segment “According to Mother” in the seventh week, are among those that spread on social media.
Friendly with the call of Mother Hetty, her knowledge of the incredible field of music puts the constantly fresh singer in a class of her own.
Interestingly, in the heat of the GV8 final night which is two weeks away, Astro Ria will broadcast a special segment “Gegar Vaganza – Bunda Petik”.
The hour -long show with the famous jury will meet the audience on 15 and 22 January (Saturday), starting at 10 pm.
Through the two -episode show, Hetty along with celebrity guests will sing songs and throw spontaneous singing challenges to guests.
In addition, Hetty will spontaneously challenge them to sing some songs with her.
The show “Gegar Vaganza – Bunda Petik” will be hosted by famous celebrities, namely Elly Mazlein (episode 1) and Sherry Al Hadad (episode 2).
Among the singers who will appear in the show are Azharina, Lan Solo, and Naqiu.
GV8 which broadcast live from the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) was hosted by Nabil Ahmad with Jihan Muse.
Apart from Hetty, the other two permanent jurors who will evaluate the participants for 10 weeks are renowned music director, Datuk Ramli MS and experienced vocal teacher, Datuk Syafinaz Selamat.
GV8 features Fazley Yaakob, Nikki Palikat, Aweera, Adibah Noor, Azan Scan, Shidee, Suki, Nico, Bandi Amuk, Ani Mayuni, comedian duo Saiful Apek and Yassin Senario, Upiak Isil from Indonesia and Aliff Aziz (Singapore).
