Twitter has experienced a technical glitch
SOCIAL WEBSITE Twitter is experiencing technical outages with the average user reporting being unable to tweet, missing private messages and unable to access TweetDeck.
According to the Downdetector report, about 7,100 users reported the site’s outage.
Although previously uploaded tweets are still visible, users are faced with the message “you have exceeded the daily limit for sending tweets” every time they try to upload a tweet.
At this time the cause of the disturbance is still unknown.
Recently some changes were made by Twitter such as closing free access to the application programming interface (API).
