“They used my name to get sponsorship”, Baby Shima made a police report
Popular ARTIST, Baby Shima has taken legal action against an organizer who used her photo without permission to promote an event in Johor.
Baby Shima, who appeared to make a police report, stated that the individual had used the image three times without the truth despite being given a strong warning.
“Not once did they use my picture without permission, but three times actually. Before, I still put on a face, but still manipulated my picture and name.
“They used my picture and name to get sponsorship for the site when I was not involved. That affects my reputation.
“Then I think a police report should be made as an action so that he stops using my name and picture,” she said.
In the meantime, Baby Shima rejected the allegation that her manager, Mohd Afrendie Affendy acted rudely towards the individual.
“The individual said we were uncivilized, while they used pictures without permission. Who is really uncivilized? Worse, they also involved my mother and father.
“For me, they are unprofessional and slandering my manager by saying he is rude. They are the one who is wrong, deceiving the public,” she claimed.
Realizing that many fans were disappointed and hoping for her presence at the event, Baby Shima said she would explain the truth on social media.
