ACTRESS Mimi Lana is asking for good prayers from everyone after her boyfriend, actor Syafiq Kyle, announced that they will end their single life after this year’s Aidilfitri celebrations.
Mimi or her real name, Mimi Rozaiana Zainal Abidin, 27, said she was ready to take on the responsibilities of being a wife.
“Me and Syafiq have been friends for a long time. Pray for me.
“Honestly, there is a slight feeling of palpitation because it is about to step into a more serious phase in life.
“But it’s not an outrageous roar, maybe that moment hasn’t arrived yet.
“For this time, I pray a lot so that we can both get through it well, no problem. That’s all I hope for.
“Like what Syafiq shared with the media before, that’s it. There is nothing I can comment on.
“I’m also worried that if I enjoy sharing, the fans will get bored because of the same thing. But that’s the fact, God willing, this year too (get married),” she told MH.
Commenting on the preparation for the happy day, Mimi admitted that she and Syafiq are not fussy and talk to each other.
“Preparations so far have gone smoothly. If you want to talk about marriage, it seems to be the same as any other couple.
“I’m just thankful that we’ve known each other for a long time so the process became easier. Everything is according to what has been planned, each of them also knows their role.
“Even our family members are very supportive. Alhamdulillah so far, more than 50 percent of the preparations have been done, it’s half way,” she said.
