Team Secret warms up the 11th edition of MPL
KUALA LUMPUR: The leading international team, Team Secret will participate in the Malaysian Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) for the first time in the 11th edition, which will open on March 10.
Head of Marketing and Business Development Moontoon Fikri Rizal Mahrudin informed, the entry of the team in the MPL, after the withdrawal of the Orange E-Sports team about a month ago.
He said the presence of Team Secret is expected to increase the value of the MPL league, based on the status of the team that has an excellent record not only at the international level but also in this country.
“Orange E-Sports has left the MPL, so we have held a series of discussion meetings and agreed to fill the slot for Team Secret. For the record, Team Secret is one of the teams that always dominates the online game ‘PlayerUnknown’s Battleground’ (PUBG).
In the last edition, the Team Haq e-sports squad created a sensation when they managed to emerge as champions on their debut in the Malaysian MPL Grand Final season 10 match, surprising the defending champions Team Todak.
