‘Squid Game’ statue among the main draws on Netflix at The Grove
LOS ANGELES: The giant streaming company Netflix launched a shopping premise for fans of its popular series.
The premise, which is located in The Grove, Los Angeles, United States, offers a special experience for fans of popular designs, especially the “Stranger Things”, “Bridgerton”, “Squid Game”, “Cocomelon” and “Ada Twist, Scientist” series.
Citing The Hollywood Reporter, the “Netflix at The Grove” pop-up store opened to the public on October 13 and entry is free.
“Netflix at The Grove” offers a special shopping experience featuring a variety of books, apparel, funko figurines and more.
For fans of the “Squid Game” drama, the Netflix store offers visitors the opportunity to take pictures with the animatronic statue of Young-hee as well as the character of “Bridgerton”, Queen Charlotte.
Netflix’s large space, which operates until next January, is expected to house a collection of images of special school holiday programs on Netflix including Guillermo del Toro’s “Pinocchio”, “Slumberland”, “Enola Holmes”, “The School for Good and Evil”, “Matilda”. “, and “Emily in Paris” in level two.
The opening of the Netflix-branded store is among the company’s latest efforts to enhance the immersive shopping experience and underscore that it now has enough brand equity to support something bigger.
