‘Spread the news’ – Kunto Aji’s premiere concert in Malaysia this August
SINGER who has a special place among fans, Kunto Aji will finally enter Malaysia.
Thank you to Shiraz Projects for realizing the dream of passionate creative writers and singers who came from Yogyakarta, Indonesia to the capital city.
Kunto Aji is scheduled to hold his premiere concert at the Petronas Philharmonic Hall, Kuala Lumpur on 19 August 2022 starting at 8.30pm.
As excited as his fans are, Kunto Aji through an update on his Instagram account wants the news of his arrival in Malaysia to be publicized.
“I’m coming to Malaysia, spread the word,” wrote the owner of the album Generation Y (2015) and Mantra Mantra (2018).
The winner of the Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2015 Indonesian Choice Awards and the Best-Best Album Award and the Best Alternative Male/Female Solo Artist at the 2019 Indonesian Music Award is expected to bring his hits including “Rehat” and “Pilu Blue”.
Meanwhile, the organizers, Shiraz Projects, said after the success of Fabulous Friday: Wings, they felt this was the right time to feature Kunto Aji, who became a craze in Indonesia.
“We are very grateful and excited by the support given by the fans for Fabulous Friday: Wings which took place over two days last July.
“For the second session, we are proud to present Kunto Aji which we feel is very suitable to the tastes and wishes of the audience now.
“Kunto Aji’s high-quality music and strong melodies feel appropriate to reverberate in a prestigious venue like the Kuala Lumpur Philharmonic Hall,” said Shirazdeen Karim, Chief Executive Officer of Shiraz Projects.
Tickets for Fabulous Friday: Kunto Aji will go on sale from Thursday, 28 July 2022 at 10am at www.dfp.com.my.
Fans can get tickets at the price of RM525 (Meet & Greet), RM325 (diamond) and RM225 (platinum) to enjoy the night.
