
Sherry Alhadad positive for COVID-19
Sherry Alhadad’s ABSENCE during the fourth week concert of Big Stage 2022 on Sunday was finally answered when the host was confirmed positive for COVID-19.
Asking for prayers from fans, Sherry promised to return to steer the show this Sunday.

The host of the fourth Big Stage concert on Sunday has been replaced by Elly Mazlein in conjunction with permanent host Alif Satar.
Reviewing the comments section, both celebrity friends and fans prayed for Sherry to get well and appear at the fifth Big Stage concert next week.
In fact, there are also those who want Sherry to team up with Elly or more popularly with Kak Lina Pom Pom next week.
“Oh, there should be no Big Stage time. Remind me that my sister has resigned,” joked a user.
“Get well soon. Alif Satar will be gone next week. Who will replace the Big Stage host?” ask another user.

Besides Sherry, one of the stars of Big Stage 2022, Sofiaa Marieylla also did not appear at the fourth concert.

Meanwhile, ERA personalities, Muna Bella and Haiqal from Thinker Studios were paired as hosts for the Big Stage Live Plus program which will be broadcast simultaneously during the weekly concert on the digital platform.
Big Stage 2022 is also supported by CUCKOO and OPPO as the Main Sponsors. The Gempak portal and the SYOK application also provide support as Digital Partners. While ERA is present as the Official Radio.
The Big Stage 2022 winner will take home RM100,000 in cash along with a trophy donated by Astro.
Meanwhile, the second and third place winners will win RM50,000 and RM25,000 along with a trophy.
For the fourth, fifth and sixth place winners will also not go home empty handed which will bring home RM15,000, RM10,000 and RM5,000 respectively along with a trophy.
The Big Stage 2022 program series is held at the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) and will be broadcast exclusively on Astro Ria channel (104) from February 6 and can also be streamed through the Astro GO app and On Demand service for more flexible options.
The nine contestants competing for the next week are Aisha Retno, Yazmin Aziz, Daniel Chuer, Elica Paujin, Megat Rahim, Sofiaa Marieylla, Tegar Septian, Syafiq Abdilah and Ajoi Zainal.
Earlier, singer Sarah Suhairi won the title during the first season (2018). South Korean star Han Byul emerged as the champion of the second season (2019). Meanwhile, Azzam Sham was named the third season champion (2020).
