Search’s aura ‘shakes up’ Istana Budaya
KUALA LUMPUR: The touch of the country’s legendary rock band, Search was evidently still poisonous through the concert that took place at Panggung Sari, Istana Budaya on Sunday night.
Although Search’s age has reached 40 years, the voice of its vocalist, Datuk Suhaimi Abdul Rahman, better known as Amy Search, is still able to amaze her die-hard fans.
In fact, fans were also presented with some songs that are quite memorable especially for those who closely followed the rock band’s journey.
This includes several special segments that take the audience at Istana Budaya through Search’s early journey before being proposed to by his record company.
Certainly the singing of the songs Isabella, Rozana, Fantasia Bulan Madu, Laila Namamu Teratas, Pelesit Kota, Gadisku, and Isi Dan Kulit are among the ones that resonated in the Pangung Sari column when it was also embroidered with the audience’s singing.
