Sabella is recognized by the Malaysian Media Specialists Association

KUALA LUMPUR: Who would have thought, starting from home using a sewing machine with the intention of helping to increase the family’s income, the Sabella Holding Sdn Bhd (Sabella) brand synonymous with the tagline ‘Baju Kurung Tak Perlu Gosok’ is now able to stand proudly alongside other famous brands in Malaysia.

The brand was the only Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and Malay company to win three Gold Awards and one Grand Prix Award at the awards night organized by the Malaysian Media Specialists Association (MSA), recently.

The company competes fiercely with famous and international brands such as Unilever, Pepsi, Samsung, L’oreal, Shiseido, Mcdonalds and many other corporate brands.

Sabella’s Chief Executive Officer, Mohd Sufian Sulaiman, said the success he achieved was not only the result of his hard work with his wife, Siti Fatimah Abd Samad, but also included all his employees who have never tired of working until now.

“Alhamdulillah, tonight Sabella has been awarded the Best Use of e-Commerce, Best Use of Media Performance, and Best Use of Branded Content . This is the biggest award we have ever achieved through the award recommended by the Malaysian Media Specialists Association (MSA).

“This award is not only our achievement but the achievement of all Sabella employees including ‘dropship’ , teachers, and mentors who worked hard together for today’s success. “Also, don’t forget the media who have given us a lot of support,” he said after receiving an award organized by the Malaysian Media Specialists Association (MSA) recently.

Sabella won the Main Prize Total Grand Prix for the campaign from Heart Strings to Purse Strings.

In addition, the company also won the Gold Award in the three categories nominated, namely Best Use of e-Commerce; Campaign from Heart Strings to Purse Strings, Best Use of Media Performance; Campaign from Zero To Hero , and Best Use of Branded Content; Stealing the Spotlight campaign.

MSA established in 2003 aims to assist and support agencies that specialize in providing media research, strategic planning, media consultation and placement services.
