Rumpies re -recorded Datuk Sheila Majid’s song, Sinaran
“The song Sinaran sung by Malaysian singer Datuk Sheila Majid was re-recorded by Rumpies, great female singers of the 80s and 90s from Indonesia, including my idol Vina Panduwinata.
Rumpies, who is also made up of diva from another country, Vina Panduwinata, also got the cooperation of the Laleilmanino trio for the re -recording.
Datuk Sheila Majid was excited when her popular song, Sinaran, was recorded and re -sung by Indonesian female vocal group, Rumpies.
“Congratulations and good luck, Ms. Vina, Yuni, Trie, Memes and Ita. Hope they sell well!” Sheila wrote on her Instagram page.
Lagu Sinaran was written by Azlan Abu Hassan and Johan Nawawi and published in 1986.
It was the first single from her second album, Emotions, and remains one of Sheila ’s signature songs to this day.
