RiverBeat Festival Unveils Full 2025 Lineup, Expanded Entrances, and Charitable Auction Supporting Stax Music Academy
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – April 16, 2025 – Mempho Presents has revealed the complete daily schedule for the 2025 RiverBeat Music Festival, taking place May 2–4 at Tom Lee Park in downtown Memphis. This year’s event promises an unforgettable weekend filled with music, food, community spirit, and charitable impact.
Orion Financial returns as the presenting sponsor of the Main Stage, with additional stage and festival partners including Bud Light, Tito’s, Orbit, White Claw, Memphis Tourism, Roadshow BMW VIP, and Casamigos.
To complement the music, attendees will enjoy a robust food vendor lineup led by Memphis favorites Corky’s BBQ, Gus’s Fried Chicken, MemPops, and Pronto Pups—joined by regional and national vendors offering a range of culinary delights.
RiverBeat 2025 also marks a renewed partnership with Positive Legacy, a nonprofit that uses music to support social and environmental causes. From May 3 to 5, guests can participate in a charity auction featuring a guitar and drumhead signed by festival performers, rare concert posters, and VIP experiences. Proceeds will benefit Positive Legacy and the Soulsville Foundation, home of the Stax Music Academy.
“We’re proud to work again with Mempho Presents to inspire change through music,” said Positive Legacy Executive Director Carrie Reppert. “Together, we’re supporting the next generation of Memphis musicians.”
In response to guest feedback, security and accessibility upgrades have been implemented. New entrance points at Butler Street and the Bluff Walk near Vance Avenue are now available, while the Riverside Drive/W. Georgia Ave entrance will be closed for public access. The primary entrance remains at Beale and Riverside.
The event remains 100% cashless. Attendees are encouraged to connect a credit or debit card to their wristbands for seamless transactions across all vendor areas.
