Raise the family theme, ‘MA, I LOVE YOU!’ in cinemas starting January 22

‘MOM, I LOVE YOU!’ also featured two theme songs namely How Do We Say Goodbye? sung by Jess Lee and a French song titled Bonjour composed by Froya.

KUALA LUMPUR: In conjunction with this Chinese New Year celebration, a film highlights the theme of family entitled “MA, I LOVE YOU!” will be in theaters starting January 22.

Its director, Chiu Keng Guan in a statement said, the uniqueness presented through this film is a combination of comedy that at the same time touches the audience’s feelings.

“Everyone has a different way of loving someone, the meaning of ‘sacrifice’ also varies depending on the individual.

“I feel that this film depicts various forms of love and sacrifice,” he said.

Chiu added that he hoped the audience could take the opportunity in conjunction with this Chinese New Year to bring family members and friends to watch the movie “MA, I LOVE YOU!” at a nearby cinema.

More interesting, ‘MA, I LOVE YOU!’ also featured two theme songs namely ‘How Do We Say Goodbye?’ sung by Jess Lee and a French song titled ‘Bonjour’ composed by Froya.

Starring talented actors Ong Ai Leng, Siow Li Xuan, Loh Lai Kan, Felina Cheah and Phei Yong, the film also features popular Malaysian celebrities such as Hwang Yifei, Siow Hui Mei , Michie Lam, Klay Heng, OkokokMou, Ho YuHang and Lalala Endy .

‘MOM, I LOVE YOU!’ produced by Astro Shaw and Multimedia Entertainment tells the story of a very happy mother and daughter, Qi Qi and Bee Ling. Qi Qi is everything to her until Bee Ling discovers Qi Qi’s secret plan to continue her studies in France. Bee Ling feels betrayed by her own son and is determined to stop Qi Qi’s wishes.
