Indonesia’s famous rock music group, Radja Band will rock the Larkin Arena Indoor Stadium, Johor Bahru through the Radja Majestic Johor Concert on March 11.
This group was quite popular in Malaysia around 2001. Among the songs that rose to their popularity were Jujur, Tulus and Benci Bilang Cinta.
The vocalist of the Radja group, Ian Kasela, through the promotional video of the concert, admitted that he was excited to entertain their fans in Johor Baharu.

“Assalamualaikum and best wishes to friends in Malaysia, especially in Johor. I Ian Kasela will be present this March 11th at the Larkin Arena Closed Stadium to meet my friends there.
“Record yes. Get tickets soon. Don’t forget to meet our appointments there!,” said Ian Kasela.
Ian added, they did not forget to thank Johor state tourism, the organizers, the workforce and the production that will make the concert a success.
“This is Radja’s first concert in JB (Johor Bahru). Let’s rock everyone. Greetings of longing and love from us, see u,” said Ian again.
According to the Management of the ASEAN Liaisons of Radja Band, Farid Hamid, the Radja Band, which was formed on 17 March 1999 and originates from Banjarmasin, will present 16 fresh melodious songs to devotees.
“Radja’s concert is the first to be held in Johor with the cooperation of Tourism Johor and the organizer MEE2 Events. Johor is a strategic location, we can bring fans from three countries, namely Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

A total of 16 songs will be performed in the concert later and among the ‘killer songs’ are Jujur, Tulus, Benci Bilang Cinta and Takkan Melupakanmu.
“It is certain that this concert will be organized with some variations as a result of ideas from Tourism Johor. Wait and see in the concert later,” he said in a press conference at Hard Rock Cafe, Puteri Harbor recently.
Meanwhile, Deputy Director of Tourism Johor, Dr. Azlan Abd. Jalil is confident that the concert will bring economic spillover to the state, including players in the hospitality, food and beverage and transportation industries.
“Tourism Johor will bring more artists from home and abroad. This is one of the events in promoting Johor’s tourism agenda to the public, not only local people, but also inviting international tourists to come to the state,” he said.
In the meantime, the Director of MEE2 Events, Nurzalinda Azmi, said that fans can buy tickets for the concert online at www.ticket2u.com.my and until February 13, 1,000 tickets have been sold.
According to him, five categories of tickets are offered at reasonable prices starting with Silver RM68, Gold (RM108), Rockzone (RM129), VIP (RM299) and MIP (RM799).
