PM congratulates Team Haq, MPL MY champions
KUALA LUMPUR: The Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob congratulated the e-sports team Team Haq who won the 10th MY Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) season by defeating the defending champions Todak, 4-2, yesterday.
The Prime Minister said such success is proof that the country has young talent that needs to be supported and polished to make Malaysia’s name shine on the world stage.
“Team Haq will bring the Jalur Gemilang to represent Malaysia with the Todak team to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang M4 World Championship (M4) which will take place in Jakarta, next year.
“It has been proven that the talents of our young e-sports are getting stronger. Hopefully the competition at the world level will further highlight their talents. Malaysia Can!,” he said via a post on Facebook.
