People’s Town Hall with Fahmi Fadzil is open to all
SHAH ALAM: The People’s Town Hall with the Minister of Communications and Digital, Fahmi Fadzil next Monday is open to the public.
Sinar Karangkraf Group’s Head of Marketing and Branding, Nik Justin Nik Mohd Ariffin said, the new program which starts at 8.30pm will take place live at the Karangkraf Group Complex Hall in Section 15, Shah Alam.
“It is one of the latest programs that will be introduced by Sinar Harian with the concept of bringing ministers closer to the people.
Sinar Harian (wants) to be a platform for the people to (get to know) closer by giving space to ask the minister directly.
“People are invited to attend en masse on March 6 to ask questions and hear the views and opinions of the minister himself,” he told Sinar Harian .
Nik Justin also thinks that the People’s Town Hall can continue to be one of the regular programs for this year because it is appropriate and coincides with the present.
He said the program brings the concept of involving the public where the views and opinions of the minister can be heard in more detail by the people.
“So, I think we ( Sinar Harian ) are one of the only local media to organize a town hall concept like this.
“Indirectly, it will be a new program that will be released by Sinar Harian and will continue as long as it receives response,” he said.
In the meantime, he explained, the selection of actor, Azhar Sulaiman as the host of the People’s Town Hall program was right based on his good background in terms of career and education and was also respected.
“Besides that, he is also an influencer or an indirect influencer who is ‘good at attracting or anchoring the hearts’ of the public.
“For me, the selection of Azhar is very coincidental because he also has fans from various sections of society.
“So, Azhar can be the best mediator between the people and also Fahmi Fadzil,” he said.
