‘Our baby is gone’ – Britney Spears announces a sudden pregnancy ending in a miscarriage
POP STAR Britney Spears revealed the sudden pregnancy she announced last month had ended in miscarriage.
The 40 -year -old singer made the announcement in a joint post with his partner Sam Asghari on Instagram on Saturday.
“With great sadness, we announce having lost our magical baby early in pregnancy.”
Spears on April 11 announced the pregnancy in a post on her Instagram account.
“I’ve done a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh, I’m pregnant.”
The news comes five months after a Los Angeles judge revoked custody of her father Jamie Spears that prevented Britney from removing the IUD contraceptive even though she wanted more children.
In a post on Saturday, Britney and Sam added that they “will continue to strive to add offspring and plead for privacy in the face of this difficult moment.”
Spears when announcing her pregnancy said that she once suffered from postpartum depression, which she described as “very horrible.”
Britney is the mother of two teenage sons, Sean and Jayden, with her ex -husband Kevin Federline.
Sam and Britney met in 2016 when they starred in the music video for the single “Slumber Party”.
After announcing their engagement late last year, Britney began referring to her 28 -year -old partner as “her husband.”
