ND Lala attended the engagement ceremony of Shila – Ubai
THE APPEARANCE of Datuk ND Lala during the engagement ceremony of her daughter, Shila Amzah on Saturday seemed to dismiss claims that the family was in turmoil.
ND Lala who was present wearing a brown suit was seen taking photos with his family including his wife, Datin Fauziah Sarman who was standing next to him.
Smiling happily, the photo shared by Syada Amzah was also joined by several other family members.
Syada in the post on Instagram Stories also made a speech in conjunction with the happy day of her sister Shila who just tied the knot with her boyfriend, Ubai.
“We can’t say welcome to our family yet. We’re just congratulating Shila and Ubai, two lovebirds. I don’t want to call you brother,” she wrote jokingly.
Previously, Syada had written an open letter to his father, after claiming that she did not have access to communicate with each other.
For the record, on April 1, Fauziah uploaded the photo and name of a woman who is believed to be a pest in her household.
Then, on April 3, Fauziah appeared at the Lower Syariah Court in Hulu Langat, Bandar Baru Bangi, understood to be for the purpose of filing for divorce. However, the news was denied by Syada.
ND Lala married Fauziah in 1989 and was blessed with four children namely Shila, 33, Amir Syafiq, 30, Amir Syahir, 28 and Syada.
