Naqiu accident, car badly crushed
SINGER Naqiu had an accident as a result of being hit by a taxi from the opposite direction.
The incident happened near Desa Pinggiran Putra, Putrajaya, at about 8pm yesterday.
Naqiu through his Instagram account told about the accident that happened in the blink of an eye.
“Allegedly… A taxi driver from the opposite direction slipped into the road divider and continued to crash into our car in Desa Pinggiran Putra at 8 last night,” he said.
However, Naqiu or real name Wan Naqiuddin Mohd Najib is thankful that he and the public relations officer (PR) of his management company, Izzwan Shahzerill, did not suffer serious injuries.
“Alhamdulillah, me and the driver were only slightly injured. But the car is quite bad, ”he wrote.
It is understood that during the incident, Naqiu was on his way home from a training session for the MeleTOP ERA Awards (AME2021) performance which will take place tomorrow night.
