Muslims in Malaysia celebrate Aidiladha on July 10
KUALA LUMPUR: Muslims in Malaysia will celebrate Hari Raya Aidiladha on Sunday, July 10 following the date of 1 Zulhijjah 1443 which falls this Friday.
The matter was announced by the Assistant Secretary of the Conference of Rulers, Mohd Aseral Jusman just now, after observation activities were carried out at 29 locations throughout the country, this afternoon.
“In fulfillment of the order of His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, after being approved by His Majesty the Rulers, I hereby on behalf of the Keeper of the Great Seal of the Rulers, declare that 1 Zulhijah 1443 Hijrah is on Friday, July 1, 2022.
“Therefore, Hari Raya Korban (10 Zulhijah) for states throughout Malaysia is set for Sunday, July 10, 2022,” he said in an announcement broadcast tonight.
