Mid Valley is temporarily closed following the fire
Mid Valley confirmed the incident and informed about the closure of the shopping complex.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Mid Valley Megamall shopping center will be closed until a period to be announced later.
It follows the fire that broke out at the Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) substation in the complex on Wednesday morning.
In a statement, Mid Valley confirmed the incident and informed about the closure of the shopping complex.
“As of 11.38am, we can confirm that no injuries or casualties have been reported.
“The Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department is currently at the scene conducting all necessary investigations.
