Mid Valley Fire: GSC cancelled show, money will be refund
GSC said this in a statement on Wednesday following the fire at Mid Valley Megamall, this morning.
KUALA LUMPUR: All screenings at Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) Mid Valley will be canceled and the cinema will be temporarily closed until further notice.
The statement was issued by GSC on Wednesday following the fire at Mid Valley Megamall this morning.
The statement informed that although the cinema was not directly affected, GSC is working with local authorities and mall management to ensure the safety of all parties.
“The buyer’s money will be refunded. If you have bought tickets online, your money will be refunded automatically.
“If you have purchased a ticket at the counter, please keep the ticket and return to the cinema as soon as it opens for a refund within seven days.
“Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted and we thank you for your cooperation. The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority,” the statement said.
Earlier, the media reported that a fire broke out at Mid Valley Megamall involving the Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substation room inside the mall.
