‘Maybe rendang for Her Majesty’ – Anis Nabilah wants to cook for Queen Elizabeth II

Celebrity CEF, Anis Nabilah has a desire to cook for Queen Elizabeth II.

Anis said, she wanted to take on the challenge of preparing food for Queen Elizabeth II because he knew she did not like garlic.

“I think if given the opportunity to cook for someone, I want to cook for Queen Elizabeth.

“It’s because I want to cook in the Buckingham Palace kitchen.

“It’s going to be a challenge because I know Queen Elizabeth doesn’t like garlic and it’s my favorite ingredient in cooking.

“If I have to cook, I will probably cook Malay food without garlic.

“Maybe I will cook rendang, masak lemak or asam laksa,” she said.

In another development, Anis, who was crowned Asean’s Most Influential Chef at the Asean Food & Travel Awards 2022 last April, was once again recognized abroad when she won two awards at The Gourmand Awards: World Cookbook Awards 2021 in Umea, Sweden.

Talking about her career in more detail, of course Anis also has big plans in this career.

“Alhamdulillah, I am very grateful and I really did not expect it at all.

“Actually I know that I am nominated for one category which is Books by Celebrity Chef for my recipe book, which is Comfort Food by Anis Nabilah for Thermomix.

“I was grateful to be announced as the third place winner in that category.

“At the same time, I was informed of another win in the Best Food Show category in Southeast Asia.

“I was very surprised and grateful. Even now, I’m still trying to accept this victory.

“Anyway, I’m still kind of in disbelief because I don’t seem to have sent any entries for the nomination.

“All of a sudden they awarded me the victory. I really feel very grateful, Alhamdulillah,” she said.
