
Maxis accelerates digital transformation through ‘Business Spark Engage’
KUALA LUMPUR : Maxis has held the ‘Maxis Business Spark Engage’ forum to continue to drive in-depth conversations on specific digital transformations, thereby empowering businesses in Malaysia.
This coincides with the changing digital landscape this century deserves.
At a recent event held in Kuala Lumpur, Maxis led a panel session that explored the topic of “Winning Formulas for Building Advantage in Uncertainty”.
The panel of experts featured included Maxis Head of Corporate and PKS Segments, Kevin Lee; Chief Field Safety Officer Asia Pacific Palo Alto Security, Ian Lim; and Vice President of Operations Holiday Tours, Lawrence Annies.
“They discussed the key components needed to achieve related advantages, including accelerating technology adoption, automating manual tasks, protecting digital assets, and the benefits of partnering with appropriate IT solution providers,” Maxis said in a statement on Wednesday.
This year’s spotlight discussion also features special guest 13-time Grand Prix winner David Coulthard, who shares his views with renowned F1 author Lee McKenzie on how technology has changed the world of F1 racing.
“In relation to the highly competitive business environment, Coulthard emphasizes the importance of trust, teamwork and passion in using real-time data to ensure accuracy and optimal results, as well as best practices that can be applied to any business,” added Maxis.
In the meantime, Maxis sees digital transformation as a continuous journey.
As such, he developed the Maxis Business Spark series into an important platform that provides opportunities for businesses of all sizes to delve into important issues that can be addressed collectively, discuss solutions and benefit from deep knowledge and experience.
This is the fourth year that Maxis has hosted the Maxis Business Spark series, a platform to discuss challenges and share in-depth knowledge in the digital economy.
Spark Engage 2023 marks the latest iteration of the event, which continues to be a valuable opportunity for businesses to learn from industry experts, expand networks and collaborate with peers.
The exclusive forum attracted various top business leaders consisting of Chief IT Officers, Directors, and Heads of IT Departments representing major SMEs, large corporations and government organizations.
