Mas Idayu revealed why his tears fell before the marriage ceremony
Dangdut singer Mas Idayu revealed the reason why her tears fell before her husband, Muhamad Sufian Isa pronounced the vows at her wedding ceremony this morning.
The entertainer said she felt tearful as she now had a friend to complain to and talk about life after going through a solo phase as a single mother.
“For 17 years I lived alone and never trusted any man. Then, two years ago, every night I prayed to Allah SWT to bring a friend into my life because I started to feel lonely.
“I want a friend, I want a life partner. Alhamdulillah God accepts. But at that time there were so many people trying their luck that I didn’t know which one to choose. Then came the one I like (husband). And I kept saying to myself, maybe this is my choice.
“Maybe that’s why I felt tearful. Because I have been living alone for a long time and finally there is a place to complain, express about anything. Me and a friend to tell a story,” she said
