“Mama accept it for you…”- Sobbing, Nora represented her late son for receiving the diploma
SINGER Datuk Nora Ariffin was moved to represent her late son, Muhammad Syakir Alif Johan to receive his diploma scroll at the 95th Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Convention on Tuesday.
Nevertheless, Nora Ariffin is proud that late Alif managed to finish his studies before passing away.
“Alif… this is for you . Mama accept it. Alhamdulillah… congrats.
“My small family is proud and happy with the achievements of my late son Alif Johan, who managed to finish his diploma before returning to Rahmatullah.
“May Alif rest in peace there. Thank you to all the UITM FITA teaching staff and friends who supported Alif throughout his life.
” Thank you UITM , May the legacy of the deceased continue. Al-fatihah,” she wrote.
Nora shared the good news on her Instagram account.
Through the entry, many were moved and tearful seeing the situation.
“Really, Allahuakhbar. May his soul rest in peace there,” commented one of her followers
“My condolences, it feels like the deceased just passed away,” said one of the netizens.
The late Alif died on 15 December 2019 due to genetic factors.
Nora previously lost her husband, Johan Nawawi who is also a famous composer on March 24, 2017.
