It’s official! Actress Luna Maya and her beau Maxime Bouttier are now husband and wife after a beautiful and heartfelt wedding ceremony in Ubud, Bali, on May 7.
The couple, who started dating in 2022, said their vows in front of friends, family, and over 124,000 livestream viewers. Luna stunned in a white kebaya, while the ceremony blended Balinese, Javanese, and European traditions into a unique and elegant celebration.
Held at the serene COMO Shambhala Estate, the event featured a live Qur’an recitation, and traditional Javanese rituals like siraman and sungkeman, with both Luna and Maxime participating.
The bride received a dowry of 7.5 grams of gold and US$2,025, and was walked down the aisle by her brother Tipi Jabrik. Celebrities including Raffi Ahmad, Cinta Laura, and Ashanty were among those in attendance.
