KUALA LUMPUR: Puteri Sarah Liyana Megat Kamaruddin’s level of anger and frustration reached its peak when the actress openly asked her husband, Syamsul Yusof, to let her go.

In fact, in a message uploaded on her social media account, Puteri Sarah also asserted that the purpose of her asking to be released was because she was not willing to be assimilated.

” To Mohd Shamsul, since you blocked me until now and did not invite me to talk, I am asking you to let me go because I am not willing to share and you are a narcissistic husband. We deserved better ,” wrote Puteri Sarah in a message accompanying a photo of her and her two children, Syaikul Islam, 6, and Summayah, 4, from her marriage to Syamsul.

The family story of Syamsul, who is also the director of the blockbuster film, Mat Kilau: Kebangkitan Pahlawan, is still going on due to various statements being issued by various parties.

Syamsul’s name, 39, gained attention since last Friday when he admitted to marrying Puteri Sarah, 37, by marrying actor Ira Kazar, 28, who had previously been linked as his lover.

Syamsul admitted that he and Ira were legally married in the neighboring country, Thailand with the guardianship of his father-in-law who is also a veteran actor, Kazar Saisi.

Earlier, two hours before issuing a statement asking to be released, Princess Sarah also shared an Insta Story posting criticizing her husband’s statement that ignorant people will always show their ignorance.

She said she was disappointed with her husband’s actions because it would affect the children.
