King Charles’ coronation invitation confirms Camilla’s queen title
Buckingham Palace also releases new photo of British monarchs
The wife of British rules King Charles III, Camilla, has officially been identified as Queen Camilla in the palace’s official invitation for the new king’s coronation.

LONDON: The title ‘Queen Camilla’ has reportedly started to be used officially on invitation cards in conjunction with the coronation ceremony of Britain’s King Charles on May 6.
The invitation cards, printed using recycled paper, were sent to around 2,000 guests for the coronation ceremony to take place at Westminster Abbey in London, Anadolu Agency reported citing local media.
According to reports, after the coronation ceremony Queen Camilla will be known as ‘Queen Camilla’.
In February last year, the late Queen Elizabeth II on the 70th anniversary of her reign said that the Duchess of Cornwall Camilla should be given the title of Queen once King Charles is crowned King.
Ahead of the coronation ceremony, a new official photo of the royal couple was also released on Tuesday.
