John Packer Musical Instruments Wins 2025 King’s Award for International Trade
John Packer Musical Instruments has been awarded the King’s Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category for the second time, recognising the UK company’s sustained global growth. The Somerset-based firm, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2024, also earned the Queen’s Award in 2018.
Managing Director Rob Hanson noted the achievement reflects the company’s agility and international reach, following strategic acquisitions of Rath Trombones, Taylor Trumpets, Sterling Musical Instruments, and Rudall Carte.
JP Musical Instruments has strengthened its global presence while continuing to promote UK-made brass and woodwind instruments to professionals and students worldwide.
