Jason Derulo performs at JDT’s championship celebration
SINGER and songwriter Jason Derulo is scheduled to perform at a celebration event to celebrate the championship of the Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) football club on Saturday, 15 October 2022.
JDT in a post on the Johor Southern Tigers official Facebook account announced that the international artist will perform at the celebration tomorrow.
The celebration will be held after the last Super League match against Sabah at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium in Iskandar Puteri.
JDT is ready to celebrate the success of winning the Malaysian Super League nine times in a row which is also a new record.
The team has also won the FA Cup and the Charity Cup this year.
Meanwhile, JDT II won the 2022 Malaysian Premier League while JDT Academy won seven national and international trophies, including the Under-21 President’s Cup by JDT III.
In total, JDT has won 11 trophies in 2022.
The celebration on Saturday also featured Johor Malaysia Games (Sukma) athletes, JDT Ice Hockey Team, Johor Jewels (netball), Johor Tigris (Sepak Takraw) and state rugby players.
It is understood that tickets for the match at the 40,000 capacity stadium have already been sold out.
