JASA: An appreciation for the heroes of the homeland

MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER, U Mobile continues to celebrate National Day and Malaysia Day this year by presenting a short film titled “JASA”.

The five-minute film that was broadcast on U Mobile’s official YouTube platform is part of the company’s efforts to commemorate the spirit of the country’s heroes who sacrificed a lot and fought to achieve independence.

It tells the story of a young man named Adam who was asked by his mother to send a package to Pak Ngahnya who is a distant relative, but he did not recognize him.

However, a chance meeting with Mr. Ngah and his friends, Johnny and Selvem at a warung has led Adam to explore the past story of a quite extraordinary struggle when they each served as soldiers.

The inspiration of the story of Pak Ngah and his friends has made Adam realize that without the previous generation, it is impossible for today’s generation to live comfortably and peacefully.

Malaysia did not exist overnight.

It requires the sincere struggle of many parties for us to have a country that we love today
