Janna Nick’s dashcam records anxious moments of newsreaders being dragged away
Video footage from the dashcam of actress Janna Nick’s car, which showed a man being dragged while trying to chase a criminal, caught the attention of netizens.
In an update on Instagram, Janna, who happened to be passing through the area, managed to record an anxious situation when the man tried to chase after the criminal who broke the window of his car in Damansara Perdana, on Thursday.
“The snatcher almost killed! Omg! Please find the owner of the car. I’m sorry my brother is wearing this Malay shirt. He had to drag his bloody hand on the road. His car window broke.
“To abang baju Melayu, I don’t have your contact number. I don’t know how to pass this video. Luckily my dashcam has a record ,” wrote Janna.
The identity of the individual was identified as Khairul Rizuan Azizan, a news presenter for a private television station.
Portal H arian Metro reported that Khairul Rizuan suffered injuries to his hand, right finger and right knee as a result of being dragged by a Perodua Myvi car driven by the suspect who fled.
During the incident, he parked his Honda City car on the side of the road to go to a convenience store at the location.
Khairul Rizuan also informed that he had lodged a police report regarding the incident.
