‘I owe two more’ – Elyana is still undergoing chemotherapy despite being cancer free
GENERAL knows that singer and actress Elyana is free from lymphoma cancer which she has been suffering from for the past 11 years.
Even so, through a recent Instagram sharing, Elyana admitted that she still ‘owes’ chemotherapy treatment despite having recovered from the disease.
“Today is my chemotherapy for which I owe two more. So why do I do chemotherapy?
“A lot of people asked. Because I was responsible to myself for spending the other two remaining chemotherapies that I was supposed to spend.
“So today is a good day (to resume treatment),” shared Elyana on her Instagram.
Elyana told that her chemotherapy treatment process was successful and she had the remainder of another treatment to be completed.
“Alhamdulillah! Finished chemo … there is one more time. Alhamdulillah good blood result… liver, lungs all ‘cun’ . But red blood is a little less reading 11.
“But there are a lot of differences… a few months ago, he read 7 ‘je’ . Thanks to those who always donate blood, your services are invaluable. Love you ! ” she wrote.
For the record, Elyana once made a surprise appearance when she revealed stage four lymphoma cancer when she was eliminated from the Gegar Vaganza 4 program in 2017.
Through the revelation, Elyana said, she has been suffering from cancer since 2010 and the initial expectation of doctors, is only able to live for a year.
