Hard Rock Hotel Penang wins Travelers’ Choice award
GEORGE TOWN: Hard Rock Hotel Penang was recognized by Tripadvisor as the winner of the Travelers’ Choice award for 2022 when it was among the 10 per cent of hotels in the world that received good reviews.
In a joint statement, Hard Rock International and Tripadvisor explained the award was aimed at celebrating businesses that have received positive reviews from travelers around the world on Tripadvisor over the past 12 months.
Assistant Executive Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Penang, Michael Smeeton said despite being as challenging as last year, the hotel was able to stand out by continuously providing an unforgettable experience to travelers, and the award was a testament to its strong commitment to the hospitality sector.
“As part of our commitment to provide world -class hospitality services, Hard Rock Hotel Penang focuses on delivering operational excellence to our guests to the entire local community as well as customers internationally,” he said.
Meanwhile, Tripadvisor Chief Commercial Officer Kanika Soni said the Travelers’ Choice Award recognizes the best in tourism and hospitality, based on the views of the most important party, namely guests.
