Hafidz and Nurul Shuhada got married on 30 April 2016 and were blessed with two children, Humairah, 6, and Umar, 2.
ACTOR Hafidz Roshdi of the Shah Alam Syariah Lower Court for the divorce proceedings at about 9.45am on Tuesday.
Hafidz who was accompanied by his uncle when met by the media expressed his gratitude that he was in good health but felt a little sleepy.
“Alhamdulillah healthy. After the trial I will inform the next one. Today I’m kind of sleepy… a little sleepy,” said Hafidz through a video shared on Hlive’s Instagram.
Last night, Hafidz’s wife Nurul Shuhada shared the sad news when she suffered a miscarriage at 14 weeks of pregnancy.
On February 27, Nurul Shuhada reportedly filed for divorce at the Shah Alam Syariah Lower Court.
However, the divorce pronouncement that was supposed to take place on March 21 failed to be implemented after the court found that there were new issues regarding the issue of the couple’s divorce pronouncement.
Earlier, Hafidz or his real name, Muhammad Hafidz Roshdi pleaded not guilty to the charge of injuring his wife, Nurul Shuhada Mat Shukri at the exit of the Sungai Buaya Toll Plaza, at 3.30am on March 2.
Based on the charges, the actor was charged with intentionally causing injury to Nurul Shuhada, 29, by punching his wife three times until her wife suffered cuts, bruises and swelling on her left cheek.
Looking back, Hafidz and Nurul Shuhada got married on 30 April 2016 and were blessed with two children namely Humairah, 6, and Umar, 2.
In the same development, the Kuala Kubu Bharu Magistrate’s Court ordered that Hafidz be sent to Bahagia Hospital to undergo psychiatric treatment.
