
Grammy Awards 2023: Harry Styles wins Best Album for ‘Harry’s House’
THE 2023 GRAMMY AWARDS came to a close with leading star Harry Styles taking home the awards for Best Album and Best Pop Vocal Album for Harry’s House .
The former member of the One Direction group managed to overcome competition from ABBA (Voyage), singer Adele (30), Coldplay (Music of the Spheres), and Lizzo (Special).
Hosted by TV host and comedian, Trevor Noah, for the third consecutive year, the prestigious music awards which took place at the Crypto.com Arena, Los Angeles also saw singer Samara Joy named Best New Artist.
Meanwhile, Bonnie Raitt’s song Just Like That was announced as the winner for the Best Song category while Lizzo’s About Damn Time won the Record of the Year category.
The glittering, prestigious night was also graced with stellar performances from Grammy Award nominees and industry icons including Harry Styles, Bad Bunny, Lizzo, Sam Smith, Mary J. Blige, Kim Petras, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy, Brandi Carlyle and many others.
The nominees for the awards that enter the 65th edition of the event also consist of historical music icons with a list of top music charts such as Beyoncé (9 nominations); Adele (7 nominations); ABBA (4 nominations); BTS (3 nominations); Machine Gun Kelly (1 nomination) and more.
The Grammy Awards are a music event organized annually by the Recording Academy to recognize achievements in the United States music industry.
