According to Pak Teh, he kept the recipe for this meat rice in a small book and after quitting the fruit business, he looked for the book again and tried to cook the meat rice in the crater until it became.

“Every day I will come as early as 10 am to cook and stir-fry the local meat rice spices, in the cauldron.

“The uniqueness of this cauldron meat rice is that we take care of its cleanliness. As much as 20 kilograms each of rice and local beef are washed well before being evaporated and cooked in the cauldron for almost two hours.

“Each cauldron will be filled with 200 pieces of meat that have been cut according to size for each pack of rice that will be sold.

“I didn’t think the cooking knowledge that I saved from my late father is now a mandatory menu for rice and meat lovers,” he said .
