Ex-boyfriend’s catchy song brings luck, Shakira now holds 17 Guinness records
Latin STAR, Shakira has officially broken 14 Guinness World Records (GWR) through a song co-produced with Bizarrap titled “Music Sessions Vol. 53” released last January.
The song made them the owners of the most streamed Latin song on Spotify in 24 hours (14,393,324), the most viewed Latin song on YouTube in 24 hours (63,000,000).
Other records are fastest Latin song to reach 100 million views on YouTube (in 22 hours), most streamed Latin song on Spotify in one week (80,646,962), and several other records.
In total, so far, Shakira has 17 Guinness records.
Shakira and Bizarrap collaborate for the first time where Shakira slams her ex-boyfriend, Spanish soccer star Gerard Piqué, in the electo-pop song.
The song also performed well on the Billboard charts, peaking at number 9 on the Billboard Hot 100.
